PE Attire

Proper attire is required for your student to participate in my class. The includes green mesh shorts, gray t-shirt and properly laced up athletic shoes.On colder days  sweat pants or sweat shirts may be worn, but they must be the correct Holy Angels approved uniform.

I stress proper footwear due to the fact that so many of our students are wearing skate, boarding or flat shoes, which offer very little if no support for athletic activity, especially activity that involves quick lateral movement.
Having the shoes is half the battle, now we need to make sure our students have them properly tied to offer the maximum support offered by each brand. Having your shoes tied properly will reduce the likely hood of rolling an ankle or causing arch discomfort.
