Dear Parents,

 

The second grade will be doing our "Giving Project part 2" tomorrow. We have made Valentine Cards for the Huntington Drive Health and Rehabilitation center. They have said that we may deliver them in person tomorrow. We will walk there (across the street).

 

PLEASE make sure the waiver form is signed and returned tomorrow. 

 

I apologize for the late notice, but I was under the weather last week and it should have gone out then, again my apologies, and thank you for your cooperation as always.

 

The students are very excited, and have composed a Happy Valentine's song they will sing...to the tune of Happy Birthday!!!

 

Please bring uniform to change into after P.E. class.

We were so busy finishing up our Parent Christmas gifts we lost track of time today, Therefore, I told the students we did not have Math tonight, as they were concerned that they did not have time to write it in their agenda. They promised me that they would complete their spelling activity and reading log! Great singing today!!!

Since the girl and boy scouts have their parade tonight, I gave the entire class the opportunity to complete tonight's homework at various times today. 

For tonight there was only Spelling activity and Reading log, as we had our Math Topic test today. Please do not go on to Topic 6 worksheets, as we have not begun that Topic yet.

Our assigned item for the Union Rescue Mission is canned soup! Thank You Nathan for being the first to bring your donation!
